Andi Sarauw (they/them, b. 1995) is a Danish artist educated at NEXT Copenhagen and KEA Jewelry Technology and Business Line. Working intuitively with metal as a transformative material, Sarauw creates objects and wearable sculptures that explore the body as both site and subject. Their practice operates at the intersection of traditional goldsmithing and experimental, narrative-driven projects. Influenced by mythology, fantasy and role-playing, Sarauw incorporates storytelling and world-building as methods to navigate and reframe reality. Their work often engages with themes of identity, embodiment and power, drawing on personal experience, medical narratives and the tension between lived and institutional language
